Our Board of Directors and Committee Chairs are your neighbors.
They take time out of their busy lives to help keep Cantamar a great neighborhood.
Here’s a little information about each of them.
Say “hi” when you see them around the neighborhood or at Board meetings.

Pete Quintas, President
My wife and I decided to move to Cutler Bay to be close to our daughter, son and grandchildren. My son and his wife are also Cantamar residents for the last ten years. I am managing partner in our Real Estate Firm here in Miami-Dade County, and founded the DQ Luxury Team. We provide professional real estate services, both residential and commercial. I have lived in the South Florida area all my life. My pledge is to continue to make Cantamar one of the most desirable communities in Cutler Bay.
Orlando Muñoz, Vice President
Having lived in Miami for the grand majority of my life, my wife Jacky and I moved to Cantamar in 2006 and decided that this would be a great place to start a family. Today we are the proud parents of our son, Adrian and our daughter, Mia. We look forward to weekends outdoors where we can ride our bikes around the neighborhood or take our golf cart down to one of our nearby parks. My professional experience as a public servant has allowed me the opportunity to work with and help others. I decided to serve on this board to do the same in my neighborhood. My intention is to make sound and well-thought-out decisions so that Cantamar can continue to thrive as one of the safest and most desirable places to live in Cutler Bay.
Marco Fernandez, Treasurer
I have lived in Cutler Bay since mid-1980s and bought in Cantamar in 2010, joining the Cantamar Board in 2017 in order to help make a positive contribution in keeping Cantamar a great place to live. I am an appraiser and understand the importance of maintaining an orderly, equitable, and well-organized HOA which helps to increase values and marketability for our community.
John Resuta, Director
My family and I moved to Cantamar in 2011. Although not originally from Florida, we now consider Miami “home.”
Meet Your Committee Chairs
Pam Lucken, Chair, Commmunications Committee
firstname.lastname@example.org (put “Cantamar Communications Committee” in the subject line)
Pam has been a Cantamar resident since 2008 when she moved from Kansas to begin working at the University of Miami Law School. She and Mike are enjoying the outdoor activities here and have taken up bicycling and kayaking. They are proud to reside in Cantamar, and they want Cantamar’s reputation as a premier community in Cutler Bay to continue. Pam recognizes the big shoes she has to fill (with Totsie and Brian Walton moving), but she will do her best!
[The Board has agreed to hire the Waltons to continue to maintain the website and send out the emails. Pam will be coordinating all Communications between the Waltons and the Board and other committees. The Waltons will continue to check the email@example.com mail box on a regular basis for items to be added to the website.]
Jesse Revilla, Chair, Violations Fining Committee

Rocio Estavillo, Chair, Architectural Control Committee
email@example.com (put “ACC” in the subject line)
John Resuta, Chair, Social Committee
firstname.lastname@example.org (put “Social Committee” in the subject line)
My family and I moved to Cantamar in 2011. Although not originally from Florida, we now consider Miami “home.” After being here for only about one month, we won a turkey at a raffle, and have been hooked on the social events ever since. I believe our events are the key to creating a cohesive neighborhood. As the new Chair of the Social Committee, I look forward to working on the current events in our community and developing new events.
